Brian Reeve was appointed to the ICPEI Holdings Inc. board as a Director in 2015. He is currently acting as a Special Advisor to the Board. Throughout his career, Brian has been a partner at a major downtown Toronto law firm, has served on the boards of several Canadian insurance companies, and has held the role of Chief Agent in Canada for a number of foreign insurers. He has extensive experience in the regulation of insurance companies and was previously a member of the Legal Advisory Committee to the Ontario Superintendent of Financial Services and an adviser to the Ontario Ministry of Financial Institutions regarding the redrafting of the Insurance Act. Mr. Reeve holds an MBA in addition to his law degree.
